Original Factory Eva Film Line - Cast Perforated Film Line for Sanitary Napkin – Wellson

*INTRODUCTION

The line produces micro-perforated film by using the materials of polyethylene. While the melt resin comes out of extrusion die, it is formed into film and vacuum perforated at the same time. Those micro-holes have features of 3-dimensional , uniform and funnel shape, which keeps air and water permeable with very low revert. Moreover, the perforation pattern can be versatile and adjustable to meet the market need.

The production is a process of converting polymers into cast films while vacuum perforation is effected in the mid-way. Our perforated film machine is able to produce a wide variety of vacuum perforated film in different base weights, colors and perforation patterns. The production flexibility allow our customers to develop value-added and cut-edge products.

With our great technical experiences and production know-how, we provide some extra features for the line, such as on-line coating, on-line perforated composites, on-line embossing processing, and double perforated film structure. Vacuum perforated film is also called as aperture film. Such perforated film is different from mechanical perforated film by needle. So it acquires some unique properties such as cloth-like feeling, quick pass-through, low revert, and funnel hole shape. They are the best solution as the topsheet of sanitary napkin.

PE perforated film is used as the topsheet of sanitary napkin, baby diaper; food packaging such as butter wrapping, meat absorbent pad, and agricultural application.
